Leaking roof.

When we got this house inspected, we found a roof leak. Wasn't major, mainly an issue in the attic, but roofs can be expensive so we insisted that the bank either drop the price or fix the roof before we bought the place. They chose to fix it. And...either it didn't work, or the worker made it worse.

So now we're trying to see if there's any recourse we can take.
