This really is bothering me...
Oh no! I only have one week left to download Mew and everything is against me! Even my home router is an evil one that won't allow WiFi access for Nintendo. ARGH. This is the true meaning of so near and yet so far.
I can't just walk into university and ask the IT section for their WEP key and McDonalds stopped their service for the DS in 2008. I really, really want Mew!!
I really need a hug. I finished the group work for tomorrow, I'm so proud, though disappointed because most of it was done by me... Argh.It wasn't supposed to be like this! Though it probably comes down to the fact that when the groups were put together, there were 10 of us left. Were meant to be in groups of 3-4 people, but the 5 people opposire of us wanted to be in one group. The three Chinese left didn't want to be seperated, either.
So me, a friend who couldn't be in Huddersfield over the weekend and the three Chinese are in one group.
.... As much as I like everybody as a person, work-wise I'd like more feedback than a few links in an e-mail.
And ARGH, as my father put it: BASTARD BANKS!
You see, apparnetly I can't open a bank account because I have no credit history. You can only have credit history if you've had debt. WTF. It's high time I test the capabilities of the university student services. If they can provide international students who arrive with nothing with accomodation and insurance in one day, they should be able to help me with my bank problem.
Why did I wait so long? I only just found out what the problem was!
I think the only thing that keeps me from going insane over these things is my father being here over the weekend. We went shopping, we got more IKEA furniture XD~ I also chose a watch, because I find it annoying to dig out my phone every time I want to see what time it is. We also got a new suit for me, as the one I had seemed a bit large (did I lose weight?). I need to look all official and nice for our fieldtrip to Edinburgh. I also now have clipboard, so I look super-duper salary-woman like XD~
Maybe I should ask the Enma Cho if I can do my placement year there. I'd rival Tsuzuki with my black suit!!
OMKami, I'm watching "Cool Japan". They have fortune telling for people who donated blood. I think that's so cool. I guess that's why the series is called that, duh.
And the F1 took place in MOKPO! Usually I don't watch racing, but it's so eerie. Before today, nobody knew where it was, but now I'll be like: I WAS THERE!!!... 4 years ago. When it was still unknown and, dear reporter, you don't have to worry about bicycles in the dark, because NO ONE rides bicycles in Mokpo. I remember being asked if I wanted a bike. I looked at the traffic. I replied with "no".
Ooh~ and James May has made a new series. I admit it, he's my favourite Top Gear host XD~
I'm going to go to bed now.
Tomorrow I shall hand in the work. I hope they realise how much time I spent on it~ (or, officially, the "group").
