here's my suggestion. take a long, hot shower.. or a longer, just-as-hot bath. something hot and steamy and oh-so-relaxing. then hop out, dry off, and look at yourself in the mirror.
tell yourself that you're beautiful; you're wonderful; you're perfect just the way you are, and just because others are unhappy doesn't mean you have to be. remind yourself that there's someone out there who adores you right now, and wants nothing more than to know you're smiling. then put on some pajamas, grab a book, and curl up in bed, underneath the covers. maybe you'll even fall asleep reading -- and if you do, maybe you'll have sweet dreams.
