I know I know
Im not supposed to be ljing at work. but dammit I can't see straight, I have cramps and i'm here til 1a.m. unless I can work up the balls to leave after lunch and just take the tardy.
i woke up to the beautiful brandi and jesse this morning. everday i'm the last person ever to wake up (around 5ish, since there hasn't been any internet or cable) and I always wake up and for about 30 minutes lay in a state of weird fuzzy consciousness and try to guess who's in the living room. Today jesse gave it away by laughing loudly. hahaha.
i also had a crazy dream that I overdrew again, so after i'd showered an became fully/not quite functional, I used brandi's phone to call wachovia and Low and FUCKING BEHOLD, I've overdrawn yet AGAIN. i'm so irresponsible, dammit dammit dammit. I check my online balance before EVERY transaction and they're lying to me! i get my check tomorrow and it's gonna have 39.00 taken outta it, my last one had $130 taken out from fucking overdraw fees! tomorrow i'm going to go up there and take out all my monies. fuck banks. i shoulda never put my money in one!
so i'm at work and people are calling and whining and complaining, GIVE ME SOMETHING FREE, they ask, I say no. no no no no,
I just wanna go home! tomorrow is my day off. sleeeeeeeep. i just had a customer tell me how stupid i was. she called and I said "Thank you for calling Walmart.com i'll be taking care of you this evening, My name is Katrina, May I have your name please?" and she immediately starts spitting out how "May i have her name" means i want her name and and then I said "So I said "Could you give me your name please?" and she said "I COULD but WILL I???" then she called me stupid. she asked me a question that I didn't understand and then tried looking up her account, I asked her to spell out her e-mail for me, she started squacking about how SHE didn't spell and I asked her if her e-mail was with aol or yahoo and she said "OoooHhhh, Tsk tsk katrina, now how stupid was that?? You are a stupid girl! I would like to speak with your supervisor!"
UGH, i asked my supervisor after she'd talked to the lady how it went and she proceeded to say "That lady was crazy!" At lesat I was polite as pie to the bitch.
then another cust was just aggravated that he hadn't recieved his items, even though we'd refunded him his money AND tried twice to send him replacement FREE OF CHARge. I understand him being upset, but that first lady, pfft.
Ok I needa get off this. I hope I can VGH tonight, I'd really love to leave early.
