It's dark at seven, people are wearing coats and scarves pulled close around them to keep the warmth in. The chill in the air makes the light from the shop windows shine like a beacon of hope into the dark, and boots crunch satisfyingly on the pavement.
Which is weird considering we were sweltering this past weekend, but hey, it just means it's time for YULETIDE! I have now signed up, and I am already kind of beebly and flaily. ( I re-read this guide to writing Yuletide requests, though, so hopefully mine aren't too shameful.) Despite talking to nerdcakes and jekesta making me want to put The Persuaders for all my requests - it is the uberlove, people - I wasn't allowed. Woe. However, all the things I requested make me ridiculously gleeful, even though I babbled like woah about all of them, and so now I must just hope I didn't agree to write anything too out of my ability range...
Though omg, Yuletide love. I really do adore it forever. Yay for Yuletide. I especially love looking through the fandom list and revelling in how awesome fandom is, because oh my god people have requested Kanye West/50 Cent fic. *dies* Oh, fandom.
Now I need to run off and desperately try to edit this last ficathon thing I've been writing, but I leave you with the joy that is LOLSECRETZ. Bwahahahahahahahha, indeed.
