Well really...
We finally got online this past week. It feels like years. Ohh... that is because it has been. The nerd in me always comes out on this thing. I spent most of the week playing Half Life 2 / Counterstrike. Most of the reason I even upgraded was for that sole purpose.
I've been working ungodly amounts of hours on top of that so sorry if we haven't really been in touch with anyone.
I feel like my attitude with everything has flipped a lot in the past couple of years. I am not so emotional anymore, I handle stress much better, and I let a lot of little things slide. They aren't worth my headache.
Interesting mix of feelings about Thanksgiving...
I was away from my family for the first time. At least far enough away where I couldn't reasonably drive out. I fucking really miss them somtimes but I know they'll always be there. Jane and I had a great (abit sick inducing) time at Andrea's place. Thanks for the good time ladies. I missed Erik and Erin and everyone really. Turkey... mmm. I still have a huge drumstick in the fridge. Like Medival Times big. Whoa.
p.s. today is Buy Nothing Day. So keep it in your fucking pants.
