Anger

Depression is anger that has been suppressed.

Anger is usually related to me and my reaction to something or someone.
It is controllable by teaching myself new ways to handle the ``anger provoking'' situations, events, or people.

My angry reaction to a ``current situation'' may be because

i totally agree. so we can either let the anger out like complete lunatics or suffer in silence. is there really a better of the two?

i don't think we have to be *complete* lunatics. there are healthy ways to deal with the anger. it's just a matter of actually dealing...which is why i looked this up. i have a lot of anger lately and i have to release it. i think my past anger is also still repressed a bit and mostly dealt with via meds. it's a little scary to think about, but at least i realize it. shrug.

well in my old days, i had some serious anger issues. it was the only way i knew how to deal with things. thank god ive mellowed out, because (and steve will confirm this) i was a crazy bitch for a while. for me its hard to find a middle ground in releasing anger. =/
