Earlier today...
So she was like, "Oh yeh, the guitar competition" and I was like, "What already? No way..." ,and she went, "Yeh, really", and so I went, "But i though it was late March" - "Nope, March the 5th" - "I could have sworn" - "No. March. The fifth" - "Oh dear" -
At the time I assumed March the fifth was about 8 days or so away. Ahem. Well, much to my horror, I have just this moment realised I have literally 2 days to do a serious serious amount of guitar practice in time for some Glasgow Music Festival thing (which is a competition, I'll have you know...). I *could* pull out of course. Infact, I think I may. Oh, I don't know.
