Okay, I'm not about to look for catches. REALLY. I'd be a dumbhead if I did. All I want to be right now is HAPPY. Heck, even giddy! But, honest, City. Never without surprises, huh?

It's the same thing, isn't it? Soon our plans of taking over the entire building shall be realized.

Wha-? ...It sounded THAT long-winded?? Uhhh, so much for conciseness! But I don't really care.

I didn't even realize it touched on "pain" that much...

Ehh. Presea and I've been discussing moving out if necessary! But, so far? It looks like we'll be going for the tearing-down-walls approach. AGAIN.

Moving out would be a welcome idea, although I'm not sure where we'd find a single place large enough. We could always build one, I suppose.

In the meantime, let me know if you need anything exploded.

There's that! Not sure, but... I think there's a couple of big houses around the beach area. Building one would mean more money, though. And lots of saving to do.

[Yes Clef, side effect of trading off memories of a spoiled brat childhood: you get a money-aware Water Knight.]

Uhm! Not sure how comfortable I feel about the idea, but... You mean we could pull it off with magic? The wall thing??

[ Dammit, Umi! You're not allowed to be more fiscally-aware than Clef is. :| Which, frighteningly enough, you are right now. ]

That's true, but wouldn't it save money in the long term since we won't be paying rent on three different apartments?

Certainly, although I'm not entirely sure whether it's a better or worse idea than tearing it down manually.

[Scary, Clef? You haven't yet seen scary.]

I'm not sure how it works here. Maybe we should draw some figures! Uhm... Somebody else, not me.

...If the math tells us we're better off paying rent for three apartments than a huge house, then maybe we should stay!

Presea suggested getting professional help! Like hiring an architect, an engineer or something...

Er... Yes, that does sound like a good idea. Where would we even start with that?

I think it all depends on whether we'd need to rent the land or if we could own it. Probably? And how long we'd be staying, which is of course a factor beyond our control.

[ Okay, he's a little weirded out now, but... should he say something? It's a good thing, right? ]

... Umi, that was very sensible of you. I'm impressed.

If feasible, however, getting a professional to do it is probably the best idea. Presea is right.
