There's a yoga session in this workout routine I'm doing once a week. I just finished it for the first time today and, even though the instructor wasn't either of my first two yoga teachers, I still felt after the hour and a half like I did every time I left class with the Hardings. It's awesome. Your whole body is sore and doesn't wanna move and you feel like a wet noodle and just want to sleep.

Ten minutes later, I remembered the discussion I'd had with a friend earlier in the day, during work, and wanted to cry again.
