A few hours into the night... then the fireworks.

You'll notice a bit about the low quality of the pics. That's because the resolution is as good as a webcam, which means it's only 320x240, has no night/dim-light enhancement sensors, and hence the reason why it's cheap and dark.

There's a better thing about that cheap media player, though: it can record video even at a good clip of 15fps on that same res, and enough hours/disk space to shoot.
What happened after 12, the skies above Manila was covered in a thick layer of gunpowder smog that was there until the winds cleared it out at about 8 in the morning.
Happy New Year, peeps. Never mind the resolution lists (or that my sister wants me to take a bath twice), just think positively. xD

Update:
Eva 1.0: You Are (Not) Alone acquired by Funimation (which is one of several US-based distributors which Hero TV indirectly acquires its broadcasting rights for its shows). Looks like a sea change is happening in these days (despite the economic crunch), with dynamic distributors like Funi and Bandai Entertainment picking out notable and wildly popular titles.
I think it's more likely the former English-language dub cast would be doing support roles as advisers on how to handle the material and the characters, if Funi plans on redubbing the film.
Someday I'll pester someone I know of to borrow me a copy so that I might try to have a shot at continuing Light and Water.
One question: Nearly 10 years after Big Two broadcasted the Tagalog version of Eva... what happened to Lucky Mark Santos?
