Almost forgot to metion my jobs!!! Love isn't everything...
Well I quit some of my beloved jobs. One of the kids I couldnt stand working with is now out of my life.
One of the kids who was like a best friend to me is also out of my life. She graduated high school with scholarships. I like to think that I mentored her through life, and not just through English and Psyc classes.
I am still working with 2 of my other kids. One calls me mom. The other doesn't consider me to be a girl or an adult. I am the exception to every rule that 9yr olds make about older girls... I am just another kid to him.. that hangs out with him every day.
I have also decided to become famous. lol yep. I don't care if it is a lot famous, or a little famous, but I am getting my name and face out there! I started modeling a few years ago... doing small things for a photographer friend of mine who thought my hair was pretty. She did 5 photo shoots with me since then... and I worked with some big companies in Vancouver doing modeling. I quit the big company, because I like the small stuff. I like working in the music industry, with local bands, getting to know them, and become friends with them. The first band I worked with wouldnt give me the time of day. I am on their CD cover apparently...but they wouldnt know me if they saw me. I did another photo shoot a few days ago for a band called Inside It Failed. I am on their CD cover too. Actually... I am on the cover of their EVERYTHING! If you look them up on facebook... almost all their pictures have me in them. I go to their concerts. I have done numerous photo shoots with them. I joked that I was the face of the band with my friends, but the band confirmed it... I AM the face of their band!! I am everywhere! And this is just the start. I know photographers now, and music industry people. I get guest listed all over Vancouver. I feel like a somebody :). I thought I was doing this for fun. But I really love it. I want to keep going. It is the type of job where I don't care if I get paid or not. I just love doing it!
