Winry's Clinic endthiscycle March 25 2010, 20:27:03 UTC
The room wasn't any bigger or smaller than the typical room in the Casualty Communal, but it was set up in a way that allowed for more space. All unnecessary furniture like chairs, and couches had been removed and in their place were five more beds. Including the one that had already been there, that made six.

These beds were smaller than the usual ones, but just as comfortable. All were separated by large white curtains that could be pulled closed or open at the patient's leisure if they desired privacy.

Despite being a clinic it didn't quite carry the same air as such places usually did. The walls weren't so white and sterile--clean, yes, but hanging around were signs of the room's owner. Blueprints of automail and other inventions up on the wall, tools and various books in boxes shoved in corners.

[Here for all those quick fixes. It's been a damn busy two days, and she gets the feel it'll be like this for the rest of the week so pardon if she's mostly just business right now]

Doesn't need patching up, just looking for Heine. smokeeasy March 26 2010, 12:27:37 UTC
Badou was worried. After a nearly sleepless night during which he'd tried many times to lie down and then merely tossed and turned, he had resolved that he was going to damn well go out and find his friend.

News had reached him from within the kishin chamber that Heine and his partner had been stopped, that they were alive, and that they would be cared for. What exactly that last entailed, he hadn't had clarification on, nor did he know just how badly hurt either of the pair had been.

He did know that there was a hell of a difference between being told they were "alive" and being told they were "fine"--the former tended to mean for the moment, with no guarantees as to staying that way.

The clinic on the Communal's first floor was the place he went first--closest to home and all that. He knocked on the door before opening it and sticking his head through (complete with lit cigarette between his lips), looking around for any sign of his white-haired buddy or anyone who might know where to find him.

Much, much larger than Winry's. Shibusen's clinic is a series of interconnected room with several beds lining the walls. It's probably more comfortable in that regard, but not quite as homely. Oh. There's also that fact that the nurse around is a zombie but you'll get use to that. Probably.

All the current patients are in one room, however, and without partitioning of any sort and so they can speak with one another more easily. Being that it's in the school and not a place of residence and away from Prussia there is much more peace and quiet here.

Conrart Weller- July 23 - Friday livestodefend March 25 2010, 21:33:23 UTC
He didn't want to be here. If he had his way, he'd take a few bandages, some disinfectant and take care of himself in his room, leaving this bed for those he was sure needed it more. However his injuries were making it impossible for him to escape. He couldn't even pull himself up to a sitting position without suffering agonizing pain. He had to admit that this time around he'll just have to occupy that bed. However he resolved himself to vacating it as soon as he could exit the clinic unassisted, even if the only way he could accomplish that was crawling and dragging himself onwards by his one good arm ( ... )

Yuuri had been working to the point of exhaustion, but it was the least he could do. Watson had kept him busy and distracted from everything going on, and he had been more than grateful for that. The battle had injured far too many people, in his opinion, but he had done what he could and didn't stop until forced to.

He'd kept his eyes out for any of his friends entering into the clinic area. So far he hadn't see any. Yuuri didn't know if it was a good or a bad thing, but the young Maou wanted to believe it to a good sign. That was until he'd heard that Conrad had been gravely injured.

It felt as though the world around him had dropped away in that moment, and his chest clenched in fear. Eyes widening, Yuuri took off down the hallway. Dodging and swerving around the others in the hall, he ignored the yells and calls that he'd received for his actions, but it was the last thing on his mind.

"Conrad!" Yuuri called out as he reached the room and frantically peered into the room.
