Description: He's going to be here for a while. Time to learn his way around the city.
Flynn was glad he'd been brought to Death City in shoes and a coat. The Grid had always been temperate, with no seasons (though he'd kept close track of the date outside, and could guess at what the weather was) and it had been a while since he'd felt cold.
He smiled, and stepped out into it, breathing deep. January in Nevada, huh? It wasn't too bad. Couldn't be less than fifty, sixty degrees. Good enough for walking around, which was exactly what he planned to do. Flynn had had last night to think over what being here meant, and what he was going to do now.
The first thing to do was explore. Explore and learn -- and maybe see if he could get in touch with the Programs here. He wanted to speak to all of them, each for different reasons, but had held himself back from a network post last night asking about them. It would have been rushed, too soon. They were here, as was Flynn. He could wait.
And besides, there was a new world out there. A future. Who knew who he might meet?
So that's why there's an old man walking down the street at an easy pace in a coat with glowing panels and a strange, circular socket embedded in the back. He doesn't look like he quite knows where he is, but he doesn't seem bothered by it, either. Come talk to him. He'd like the company.
