Characters: Paine, and whoever wants to join her Location: Training area Rating: G-PG, maybe Time: December 23rd, early morning Description: Paine's keeping up on her exercise even though there's snow on the ground
The bitter cold was not Mitsunari's ally. On the trek towards the training grounds, he continued to tug his collar closer to his ears and attempting to mask the discomfort the weather brought. He could handle cold to an extent but the sudden snowfall had thrown him off. This was not the weather he had grown accustomed to.
Keeping his body active was the only way he could think of properly warming himself up. Though it was difficult to run in boots, he's attempting to do a few laps about the facility. He passes by Paine, boots clopping noisily as he attempts to grow used to the weight of them and avoid slipping on any frozen patches beneath the snow.
I'm being slow on tags with her, I apologise ;;vimmdrnuddmaOctober 24 2011, 18:52:31 UTC
Paine caught sight of the man when he entered the training area and kept a casual eye on him while she stretched out. Jogging to warm up actually sounded like a good idea in this kind of weather, but Paine didn't come dressed for that sort of exercise.
As he passed, she called out, "Ice on your left coming up."
I'm the one who should apologize! I've been sick ;;reverencingOctober 31 2011, 13:30:24 UTC
Catching the sound of the stranger's voice, Mitsunar jerks his head in the direction it came from. He scowls and opens his mouth to speak - only to hit that patch of ice she had just warned him about. He slips and stumbles, frantically waving his arms to try and balance himself and remain upright in an attempt to avoid making a fool of himself (even though, as it stands, he's already making a bit of a spectacle with his flailing).
Managing to regain his balance, his shoulders sag as he exhales, casting a look over in Paine's direction. His eyes narrow and jaw locks in a grimace but his words betray the expression-
you're 120% fine! ...I went on hiatus, orzvimmdrnuddmaNovember 12 2011, 23:02:06 UTC
Paine gives him a thumbs up with a neutral expression, oblivious to the scowl and grimace. "I found it earlier with a little bit less grace. No need for anyone to break their necks out here."

Paine turned at the voice. This certainly wasn't the first impression she had in mind, but she turned toward Auron with a welcoming gesture all the same.
As if it was the most logical response in the world, "Roughed up a bit from chasing the clown. Nothing I can't handle." She rolled her shoulder with a small cringe, but she shrugged it off, stretching as she faced Auron.
