Clare wasn't exactly well versed in anything that seemed to be commonplace here. What she was good at, was what got her through her day to day life. She was smart, very smart. So when she saw a woman wandering around looking nervous with her hand floating over something in her pocket. It was either a weapon or her communicator. Given the city had people as weapons, she leaned toward the other.

"Excuse me, miss. Are you expecting trouble?" Clare hadn't been out and around the city a lot. Mostly because this place was incredibly creepy. Everyone seemed to insist the city was safe but... this was one of those things that made her doubt that.

This and the map during orientation.

Elena blinked at the woman owlishly for a moment before she fully processed what the question was that she had been asked. "I'm not expecting any trouble, but in my line of work trouble tends to have a way of finding you." She said, pushing her blonde hair back out of her face.

Elena blinked a moment before arching a brow at Clare. "Not exactly, anyone not already here isn't going to just pop up and find me. Regardless there are those here who have, back home, opposed my employer and might see fit to use me as leverage against him if they were to get a hold of me." She explained, thinking to her self that this gal was an odd one, though not dumb by any means.

Elena gave her an odd look, knowing it would be best not to give away too much information, something she had been lectured for a couple times now. "I haven't met them myself but from what I have heard they are a bit soft in the head, and seem convinced that my employer has something of great value to them, which he couldn't even have here if he wanted to." She explained, hoping she wasn't giving too much away.

"Beside, even without them here I would still be just a cautious, my work has put me in situations that have show even nice places have their share of rotten residents. You can never be too safe after all."

"Eh that isn't much of a new thing for me." She said, shrugging. Not many people respected Turks so she had long ago given up looking for respect where none was.
