Description: Selendis and Zeus have another rooftop jam. Now 100% Kadaj-free.
Even if it had only been a few days since the move, Selendis had to admit she felt more at ease. She and Karkat didn’t have to go far to get to their district, and they wouldn’t be half the city apart if an attack came again. With no other tenants, she could watch the comings and goings of the people here a lot more closely. Especially Sarah Kerrigan. The Ghost would no doubt know her partner had moved, but she wasn’t going to let her spy on him again. She hadn’t seen or smelled her since, but that was no reason to be complacent.
It was grey and cloudy, which was almost welcome to her in place of the sun. The cooler temperature didn’t bother her in the least, though it did remind her to look into what sort of winter to expect here. It wasn’t like her power suit worked to protect her from the extreme elements anymore. Until then, she’d keep an eye on the city from the rooftops during, and on the streets with Karkat at night as usual.
The roof was exactly where she was right now, crouched on the edge like she'd been there all her life.
