[There's some difficulty in maneuvering eighteen cans of beer into a building and up to the sixth floor with a broken right arm. His arm, he finds, cramps faster as a human, and that eighteen cans is a little much to carry for one arm, no matter how muscular. But he eventually manages it, and stands outside of Hikaru Taira's unit to knock.
Why is he doing this, he wonders, but he did promise the doctor that he would rest, and this is a good part of resting. Right? Typical rest.]
