Description: Obviously Kae is flooding the comm while LJ and her connection are cooperating with her Joint mission timez. Everyone needs a change of scene and a healthy dose of family awkward sometimes!
To say that this was a change of scenery would be a huge understatement. After spending so much time in Death City, with its desert climate and oddly morbid motif, the sprawling city-state of Singapore was an incredible shift. The sight of the mission was something to behold as well --
-- or it was for Roy, anyway. He didn't think he'd ever see a highway this wide in his life. Modern technology never ceased to amaze him.
The Meister currently had his back against the railings lining one side of the causeway, nursing a cigarette, studying his surroundings. Dojima stood some distance away, keeping his own counsel: a presence just at hand, quiet and comforting.
He could get used to this, perhaps. For the moment, though, there were things to do.
"I wonder how long we're going to keep waiting like this," he remarked, addressing his companions. This was a joint mission, after all.
