Description: A place where you either live in splendor, or squalor. Where has fate thrown you? The Witches and their kin have picked up an unusual bit of excitement from those in Shibusen, just what could it be? All sorts of rumors are flying around, and not just those regarding Shibusen and its activities.
Witches Side
The factory had grown a lot since it was first built over that hot spot of energy that allowed the witches and their allies to conduct all their experiments. What had once been just that---a factory where people were taken in and experimented on had now become a home to hundreds.
It is structured very much like a pyramid. At the very bottom are the dungeons where most of the newly-captured people are held. Tiny cold cells where they would await their fate--experimentation or death. The next level consists of many different dens where the modified witches and other slaves are held. Each den contains a fair number of them, and is under the jurisdiction of the Witch that they all belong to. These dens are better than the cells, and just how better or worse depends largely on how kind the Witch is to her subordinates. Most would find that they're not that lucky.
The Middle Section is where most of the workers and guests stay -- such as Witches who joined the forces early on and had proven their fealty. These contain rooms, kitchens, what anyone would really need for all their necessities and a bit more.
Above this section is what can almost be considered to be a small city, although most of what anyone will find are places of study and books, usually dedicated to magic of different sorts.
Above these are the higher floors, and these are reserved only for the elite. Angelica, Crane, Medusa, Eruka, perhaps three or four other guests and Witches, but one mystery remains. Everyone knows there is one other person at the head of all this, but who is it? These are the kinds of questions that people like to talk about, within the facility, but recently there seems to be new material for more conversation.
One week after the arrival of the time travelers, the witches also find out about their sudden appearance.
Timeline:
DtK briefs Winry and Miranda on the 1st and sends a letter to CWC.
CWC briefs Kanda and Yuuri on the 1st.
China gets letter from Shibusen on the 3rd, formal announcement to CWC on the same day. Sends reply back.
Shibusen gets the reply on the 5th. Formal announcement to Shibusen.
Witches find out on around the 7th.
