[OPEN] BREW LOG

Description: Shibusen is showing off the BREW. Any grudges towards the thing? Have fun knocking it around! Or trying.
Big day, big day! Upon entering the gym, the first thing the guests will see is a raised platform at the front, and a small pedestal. On it is the BREW. It's a quaint, smudged thing, surprisingly small and simple for all the power it holds.
"This is the BREW," Spirit said with a certain grimness that was not usually seen in him. He was tense, and for a valid reason. This was their strongest weapon, after all. "We're allowing you to touch, hold, and otherwise do anything you want to the BREW for the duration of the day. The only guidelines I would like to impose is that please, try not to hurt yourself."
He was there to stop them, anyway. Mifune was at the door as an added security measure, and the rest of the Shibusen staff and professors were at various points in the room. He gestured to them in turn. "And these guys are here in case we get an attack. Witches, and all..."
But no, that wasn't what these guests were for. Spirit took a sizable hammer from behind the pedestal, knocked it on the floor to prove that it was as solid as any hammer you could find, before holding the hammer up and sending it smashing down on the BREW with a lot of force.
There was a shattering noise instead of the thud that the guests might expect. A glint of light from the BREW's surface, like the reflection from a mirror, and in the next blink, the hammer's head was lying in pieces on the floor around Spirit. The redhead only dropped the handle on the ground, rubbing his hand where the impact had jarred him. For the most part, he remained pretty damn stoic.
"I'm just saying, the BREW gives as good as it gets. Try not to hit it too much with your human weapons, although I guess you stand a better chance of getting a reaction out of it that way. We have medics available should anything happen."
And the stage was open for the guests.
[ooc: Basically, the set up is the BREW on a raised platform at the front of the gym, with Spirit at the side. I'm a little scarce this weekend, so the other NPCs can take care of your needs. But for the most part, just mingle with each other! Oh, and temporary bleachers have been set up at the sides for sitting purposes.]
