Tseng is wondering if he'll ever shake off the dust. There's layers of it, all over his hair and hands and jacket, and more of it sloughing off the pile of books in his arms. From the titles alone, it's clear that this meeting isn't as much coincidence as he makes it out to be; Tseng has quite obviously overheard Genesis's reading, and trekked clear across the library to find him. Not that he'd admit to it.

"My thoughts exactly," he says, shaking out his long hair and rearranging the top of his pile in one fluid motion. "Enjoying yourself?"

"Have I ever not enjoyed reading Loveless?" Genesis chuckles, the soft sound echoing through the dusty hall of the library.

"I see you've grown your hair out."

If there's one thing that Tseng keeps forgetting, it's that everyone is used to seeing him with short hair. For a man who isn't used to making a big deal out of his appearance, it gets a vaguely uncomfortable cough out of him.

"You're in a new world, aren't you?" Tseng asks, and though he knows he's asking for trouble, he persists. "Don't you want to take this chance to expand your reading list?"

"Ah, but I have," Genesis gestures smoothly to a nearby seat where a stack of about three or five dusty books were gathered, their titles all pertaining to topics regarding Meisters and Weapons.

"But being in a new world doesn't stop me from enjoying things from my old world. I was merely taking a break."
