To all the incoming guests here: welcome. My name is Taro Namatame. I help run a listing of people who are currently looking for partners here--meisters or weapons, it doesn't matter. One needs the other, after all. This is open to everybody, whether you're new or not, so if you'd like to you're more than encouraged to use it.
The point of this list is to help people spread the word when they want to find a partner. Many people have and still do post on the network in hopes of finding somebody they might work well with, and this isn't intended to put a stop to that. Rather, it gives people new to the process or with specific needs something to browse: if you want a sword you can look for a sword weapon, or if you want a partner with previous fighting experience you can also look for anybody with that.
Yuuri and I also lend a hand with that in morning training. I know not everyone goes there, but if you do we do our best to match up the interested meisters and weapons. It's not a guarantee that any two people will be a good fit for each other, but this is a starting point. For weapons who haven't yet figured out their weapon form, I recommend going to the training sessions for help with that as well.
If you're interesting in putting your name on the list, you'll have to fill out a short form--nothing complicated, just to help give people an idea of what you can do and what you're looking for. If you'll give me a moment I'll be providing directions to the form shortly, and I can answer any questions you have too.
