( the video clicks on and...hey, there's actually nothing about the feed that shows she's particularly new to this technology. She's spent the time she's been around playing with it and talking to people through it and while it's...weird, it isn't particularly difficult to figure out. Can't say the same for other things. )
There sure are a lot of strange things here. People always used to say that I rushed into things too quickly but here... ( she holds up a hand as if she's about to make a swooshing motion but pauses because...she's staring at something off camera. )

Well, no matter. I'd like to try that sometime, maybe. It seems like it'd be more dangerous than trying to ride a bear though. ( and people had been rather against that when she tried. )
I never thought I'd see the future like this...or that people in the future would like buttons that much. This little thing has buttons, the stove has buttons, I think my door has buttons and your clothes...I really don't get it. ( she hmmms thoughtfully to herself, looking past the communicator again, there are just so many new things. It's very distracting. Oh, to be honest I don't really care about this war but if I have to fight to get home faster I'll do it. Soooo... ( how had she seen others do it? ) You can call me Xiao Qiao and I'm going to need a weapon with no buttons! I'd prefer a folding fan but I guess I can't get too picky about it. If a weapon would like to help me fight to get home faster I'll give any sort a try!
