Vriska has been spotted. I'm in the Outer Residential District right now and I just saw...Katsura, I believe giving chase. She appears to be armed with a Weapon but I can't tell exactly what it is from this distance. Sorry if I'm stating the obvious and you guys have something planned out or already know but figured I'd give a heads up just in case.
((ooc; this post comes later in the evening, the chase is still on but getting it up early at request and since I have a 7 hour train ride coming up |D;; so yea, responses will be very delayed))
