I can waste everyone's time explaining our current situation to every single person here, and you can be stuck in the damn basement all night- or you can let me get on with my job and in a couple hours discuss the situation over a hot meal and have all your questions answered.

Or, you can explain it to one, and then they explain it to everyone, and everyone can enjoy that hot meal and have gotten over initial shock and not be quite as worried. Ever think of that?
