[ Three large skull-shaped screens flicker to life, revealing a figure cloaked entirely in black.  His hat has a whispy trail, and his face is covered entirely by a plain skull mask.  He clears his throat before speaking. ]

Greetings and welcome to Shibusen.

I apologize for your abrupt arrival in Death City, however, it seems that there has been a slight incident.  The Demon Tool, BREW, has reacted and started summoning warriors from other worlds.

We are a city that is currently at war, having lost our previous ruler...

[  There is a long pause as the figure attempts to collect himself, clearly bothered despite his lack of facial expression.   ]


   [ A red-headed man in a black suit and cross-shaped tie steps into view, cutting off the first.  ]

Please, Shinigami-sama, let me take it from here.


[ The first figure nods, stepping back to give the man the screen. ]


  Attention new arrivals. I'm Death Scythe, second in command here at Shibusen Technical Institute.

You are currently in the basement of Shibusen, the safest place in Death City.  There is no cause for alarm - arrangements are being made for your living quarters.
