A section of the park was destroyed by fire damage. All of the plants in it were... burned to a crisp, to say the least. Then there's the agency, which I believe was also damaged by fire. Or if you feel uncomfortable working outside, you can always help out at the Casualty Communal. A lot of the rooms were damaged because majority of the guests were there when Asura attacked.
