July 19 Afternoon [Video]
[Have a Germany who's as business-like as he always is, if getting drawn around the mouth area.] The situation is such: We have four days to prepare for battle with Adachi, during which time we are given the brief opportunity to train, gain partners, and achieve better resonance.
Everyone with the intention of joining the fight is strongly advised to attend training, every day starting tomorrow morning. Attendance for partners who wish to join the effort is mandatory. Location is Professor Mifune's training grounds.
Training will be intensive and will last until mid-afternoon of each day, including breaks. Trainers will be Professors Sid and Mifune, China, Kanada and myself, as well as other Shibusen technicians. There will also be a demonstration by some of Shibusen's finest for improvement in resonance, as well as practice excercises set up between resonating partners.
Individuals will need to find partners in this time; Maka Albarn has given provisions for a meet-up between possible pairs at Death by Pastry, so please attend that also. You will be excused for training, but attend in the afternoon.
We intend to build units with these various functions for the operation. The first line of defense as Professor Sid has mentioned will be comprised of two units of strikers and a unit of heavy artillery. The second line will be two units as well. Medics will be one unit, with support from the second line to recall the wounded or reach them, whichever is necessary. [He's leaving the bait and covered ops part with Shibusen.] Unit leaders will be announced at a later time.
As early as now, I am requesting the names of partners and individuals willing to join the units and work under instruction. Those unwilling to cooperate but wish to fight will not be included in the strategies. However, you are free to join the trainings.
Suggestions for courses of action are welcome and will be taken into consideration.
For this afternoon, we will need to restock our supplies in both residences and prepare for training. Those injured from the past two days need to consult either Winry Rockbell or Doctor Watson, or go to the hospital. This may be the last full night of rest many of us will have for a while. Miss Azusa Yumi, I recommend to you the services of Preussen and one Ken Murata. They are at the moment incapable of helping in battle, but will be of assistance in strategy-building. Preussen may be placed among the second line units, I believe, and work with you from there.
