[The video opens up to a white eyed face some newcomers may recognize, and some won't, with pretty much the same stern expression he always wears]
For those that aren't aware, I'm Hyuuga Neji, and I oversee the Intermediate division of morning training along with Ling Yao, a new guest to this city. If anyone feels they require assistance with their training in the mornings or a simple warmup spar, you're free to speak to one of us and we'll do what we can to aid you.
I've also noted a recent interest a number of individuals have had in learning meditation, and so those interested are free to approach me with inquiries or for instruction in regards to that subject as well.
And in light of recent disappearances, myself and my partner Lain have been promoted to Zone Leaders of the Watch, covering Outer Residential Quarter III. This is the district that includes the park that training is held at every morning, and we'll do everything we can to ensure it's security.
We look forward to working with and becoming more well-acquainted with the patrols assigned to that district.

It seems our district has suffered further losses recently, and to this end, Lain and I will be interchanging the understaffed shifts every other day until suitable replacements are found. As I'm sure you're aware, we'll be available to contact at any point should any issue arise, and everyone is free to raise any concerns to me as well. Further than that, I'd appreciate a brief check-in here. Thank you.
[OOC: For those assigned to their district, Neji will ICly check in on everyone at least once during their shift- either through the communication device, or a brief in-person visit. He's very fond of reports, so if anyone wants to check in on their own instead, feel free~ /o/]
