[Minako's sat in the kitchen area, perching at the breakfast bar with a rather inconspicuous bag sat next to her. She rests her chin on her hands and offers the network a small, slightly sly, grin.]
So, it's Christmas eve. It's kinda odd to be celebrating it again, seeing as it only happened just over a month ago in my home world. But at the same time, there are a number of bonuses to a Christmas eve here compared to the one I had back home.
[She glances behind her, off screen and chuckles a little to herself.]
I was making a cake, but suddenly I found myself with a special Christmas helper! Who has now taken over and is letting me have a rest. [There's a snort from off screen. Minako laughs, and turns the communicator around. No, it's not Shinjiro. Somehow, Minako has managed to not only get lustrolupo helping her out with her Christmas baking, she's also managed to crowbar a santa hat onto his head without getting so much as a kick in the shin. Lassie the dog is padding around his feet, trying to get at whatever it is that smells so good, with little success... except for the sneaky ear scratches every now and again.
The subject of hats brings her neatly to the next part of her post. Minako digs in the bag, and pulls out another hat, one with a little silver star dangling off the end, that she puts on her own head.]
Might as well get into the Christmas spirit, right? I've got more in here. [She peeks in the bag.] So, I guess if you want one let me know. I have a few people in mind who'll get one though. [She taps her nose with another little sly grin.] I already managed to get one person on my list in a hat, so I'm confident I'll manage the others.
[She ducks as cleaning rag flies through the air where her head had just been.]
Oops. Guess I'd better go. Early Happy Christmas everyone!
