[BREW has just returned Rinzler to DC as a Meister, and Rinzler is a little confused by what he's come back to. He's standing within the safety of Shibusen as he types, having not yet left the building on account of the cold and the bizarre sight in front of him. His helmet is still missing, and he's not sure about venturing out into this... cold... stuff... on his own.]
