I've finally read Kite Runner Erika.. you'll be pleased to know.. and you were right it's really one of the best books i've read. I love the style of writing Khaled Hoseini has... its easy to read and it just flows from one paragraph to the next..And i love his little twists..like just when you think you know what is going to happen next..you'll be surprised.. i loved the ending the way he likened the ending of his book to that of the ending of a hindi movie...But in the end he let you decide if it was a happy or sad ending..
Nadine passed me A thousand spendid suns.. it's sitting on my table.. but she wants me to read Eat Love Pray first... she said when she read it she just wanted me to read it.. The first 10 chapters were a little boring.. but now its getting real interesting.. the author writes about how travelling stirs something so indescribable in her.. just like how someone loves their newborn..that is how much she loves travelling.. I was thinking about myself and how from a very young age i've always wanted to see the world.. and she said in the book just to fulfil this dream it was worth every ounce of scarifice.. if she had to starve or even lose her home.. she would do it...
Well am not sure if i would go to that extent but travelling is something very dear to me.. and i really wish by the time i leave this world i would have covered a substantial part of it... and appreciate all of god's creation as much as i can...
