Trying to take it all in
A few things happened today... and after that everything felt like it was working against me...
First, i regretted tellling Jacqui i'll let her have some of the commission of all my hard work. Then i realised what a dumbasss i truly am! Later Danielle said she was shocked at what i said. She must have been thinking what a moron i was. So we will talk more tomor to sort this out. After all am already giving her some stuff to follow up.
Then I was told my Reb that i'll be switching roles over to co-ordinating this new project at Dempsey Rd. Everything sounds very messy to me right now. The way she's decided to split roles. Like i'll just do guides now no monthly. Take over Sherah's role while she is away. Organise events. And plus the new role is temp. She will decide agn after 2 mths where i should head next. She was very nice to apologise abt this shuffling around. But wanted me to understand it was all abt cost cutting. But quite honestly she should think twice abt taking on someone new in the future. It does affect existing staff. Like myself.. SB left but when she decides to come back the easy alternative is not so shove everything back to her but to think about all the effort this new person has put in into learning their role.
I've just smsed reb i want to talk agn in the morning.
Or maybe i should look for something else.
