in second cup. doing endless music theory questions. getting frustrated and muttering to myself.
oh. man.
there aren't enough (read: any) people in my life right now that can answer all the questions that i have. like. when a chord is in inversion and the figured bass reads: 6 6. what the hell does that mean?
they will have to wait until tomorrow for dr may.
i've been frequenting second cup a lot lately. it's a good study place. and they've got lots of tasty things. whipped cream and caramel. mmm. that's where i go when our entire house is shaking. it's hard to concentrate.
i'm simultaneously very excited and not at all looking forward to this term being over. i think this is the first time that i've ever not been beyond fed up with school. and my life here. after 3 months. this is a good sign. i hope i can repeat it.
with secrets come appropriately sized thrills.
