Concert plugs, Cambridge (this week)
Righty-ho, the much touted concert plugs - as posted to two mailing lists (with slight modifications as it was posted there last week) I frequent:
Hello chaps and chapesses! (And all of you who don't identify as anything particularly chap-like as well, of course.)
I've got two concerts coming up next week, so if any of you are within swift popping-over distance of Cambridge, you're more than welcome to attend - they're both free, though of course our Hard Scary Bouncers (TM) will be waving the donations basket afterwards ;-)
Tuesday, 2 December, quarter past one in the afternoon, Sidney Sussex college chapel (across from Sainsbury's in town) - a swift lunchtime concert, only about half an hour, and I'm singing "Verdi Prati" and "O had I Jubal's lyre".
Thursday, 4 December, 9 PM, Hughes Hall Pavilion Room (just off Mill Road) - a Christmas concert where I'm singing lots of stuff, and would really enjoy the support.
If you're planning on popping 'round, comment here, and I will give you directions if you need them. Do say hi if you're there - I'll be the short round one with the dark hair and the spectacles.
