Happy birthday to plotinus, whom we all miss terribly.
(Parenthetical note: P was the first person I met in choir whom I'd not known previously from elsewhere. Last year he let his birthday pass almost without notice, only telling me almost as an aside while we were waiting for my bus. It doesn't feel like only a year.)
