so....the drama from my birthday got squashed. my roommate and i hashed shit out and now we are back to normal. I apologized to those I made snarky comments too, and things are good. I was supposed to lecture to the class I'm working with at the high school today but then I got really sick this morning and had to call in sick. Then I find out that both of my classes today are canceld once I get to campus so I had a lot of time to kill before work. My friend Tiffany asked me to be in her scene for her directing class and I agreed. So it looks like I'm going to be Harpor in her Angels in America scene, which is excellent because I dont' know anyone with a history in theatre who doesn't love all of this show, top to bottom. Also the guy I might be working across from is hella talented which always brings more to a project.
in other non-school news I'm gearing up for my fall break which happens this weekend, I'm chillin' with Matt and Co. on Friday, Saturday I'm going to my friend Reid's first appearance in a musical theatre production. I feel like a proud mother, i almost want to make a button with Reid's face on it that I can wear to the show. Also I hope that afterwords I get to meet some of these people that he's spending lots of time with, and see what their like. Then on Sunday this bitch has two tickets to Fosse at the Ordway. My mother and father got me prime Orchestra seats to this play, I've never seen it before and I'm so excited to go. Then I have Monday and Tuesday just to chill out.
I have a Women's Studies take home exam due tomorrow and i better get to work as soon as possible. Alright, to all of you. Take care, and as Pac says, "Keep ya' Head Up".
