intense past month!
I spent almost all of today in bed, sleeping and recuperating from the past month. What a whirlwind! -Aunt Elizabeth's apartment complex's fire, Tulsa for Steve's funeral and all his affairs, Paul's mother-in-law's death (including, among all the other details, several changes of flight plans for two of the grandchildren (Aeryk & Stephanie) and for Paul and me), a week in Michigan at Louhelen with Stephanie, and preparations with Aeryk, Stephanie and Paul for Camp Carmel. whew! And, of course, the change in job title and duties, amidst the past two weeks, which includes me crafting my own orientation schedule during the next six days. gracious! I'm grateful to have a chance, finally, to catch my breath a bit.
Happily, with the change in my job position (I'm leaving a trial run at management--simply not where I really want to be and not my strong suit--but I gave it a good effort, and returning to direct patient care, where my skills shine), I should be working only three or four shifts per week. This should leave me a bit of energy and time for the rest of my life, as well as my Juice Plus+ business. Should be an interesting next quarter!
