Color Day (Spirit Week Day One)
So. Today was the first day of spirit week at school. (Homecoming is Friday.)
It was color day. Seniors wore tie-dye, Juniors wore red, Sophomores wore blue, and Freshmen wore green.
I happily wore my Rodney Adkins t-shirt, the one from the concert in Tennessee two years ago, which was just the perfect shade of red (not the fire engine kind that hurts your eyes). I also wore my ladybug earrings, and the matching necklace.
Red's my favorite color, anyway.
Tomorrow is holiday day. (Hah.) You dress in your favorite holiday. I was just going to throw on a santa hat, but now that I think about it, I could save some serious time tomorrow morning and just show up to school after hunting with Jack. The opening day of deer season is a holiday in itself. ;)
We'll see what tomorrow brings.
