So boredom and procrastination have finally driven me back to my lj. Livejournal is a dying art. I was made single again so that I could reinvigorate it. Except now my audience is a lot smaller - consisting of one person, if I'm allowed to count myself.
14 months is a long time. In this time I have:
- Moved out of home
- Dropped out of uni
- Learnt how to cook pasta
- Suffered food poisoning for the first time
- Fainted at work
- Put on 2kgs
- Started a new role at work
- Holidayed in Malaysia/Singapore with family and bf
- Attended two weddings
- Made amends with my mum
- Broken up with my boyfriend
- Come to terms with what a boring, simple, homely person I am
- Stoked my very first campfire
- Saved $1600
- Watched Gandhi and read Interview with the Vampire for the first time (more on this later, I just can't resist raving)
- Read a Harry Potter book cover to cover
- Decided to go back to uni
- Seen Nightwish and Iron Maiden live =D =D =D
- Converted 1 friend to liking my music, bringing the grand total to 2 (it's only taken me 8yrs but I'm very patient)
I think it's shaping up to be a good year.
