*sits like this for a very long time, staring ahead blankly before turning his head, very slowly, towards Ginko. He looks at Ginko's name, his life span, then looks down again, almost, just barely, forlorn. He pulls out a cookie from his pocket, crumbling and sugar packed even for a simple desert and holds it out to Ginko pinched in his thumb and forefinger finger while his gaze returns to it's previous place ahead.*

So do you always have one of those in your pockets? Or maybe I should be asking how long it's been there.

*knows that BB isn't going to lower his arm until he takes the cookie, so he grabs a hold of it with the same hand as his cigarette*

Yoki-kun is still not fixed. *brings arm back to rest on his knee, tilting his head to look at Ginko like some sort of particularly challenging puzzle. He turns, crouched next to Ginko, staring at him wide eyed and leaning over a little.* Why?

*swallows, and moves his eye to meet BB's stare without turning his neck*

Is there only "fixed" and "not fixed"? That sounds like a rather static way of living.

Life is supposed to have confusing bits in it like this. If I didn't go through this kind of thing, then I wouldn't be human. *takes another bite and chews*

What would you be then Yoki-kun? *chews on his thumb thoughtfully - this conversation intrigues him - keeping Ginko's gaze*

Yoki-kun is dreary, a negative affect after his switch - he prefers the other body, or less memory perhaps? *tilts head more*

I can't deny that I enjoyed the use of two eyes. There's no helping it, though; I'll live with one, like I have for most of my life.

The memory...was of a friend of mine. I'm glad I regained it; now I know that I have two acquaintances where I come from that I stay in touch with. Given that I traveled constantly, I am fortunate to have them, even if I only saw them on rare occasions. *all of this said with a somewhat lifeless tone*
