So, Sorcha, I hear you ask. What's the big news?
Well, it's kinda little news at the moment, but will be getting bigger!
Yup, that little blobby shape up there, is what's been solely responsible for me feeling like I've been hungover for the past three months (without having had the fun of getting drunk first!)
Our little Asbo (as s/he's been nicknamed) had that picture taken a couple of weeks ago, at our first ultrasound. S/He was bouncing all over the place, and measured 46mm, bang on for the dates.
I'll be 13 weeks exactly this Friday, and 3 months on Sunday, and I'm still waiting for the morning-noon-and-night sickness to stop. It should do soon, I hope! Ah, it's not been too bad - I've been averaging losing meals about once a day or so. Could be so much worse!
The poor kid is scheduled to make an appearance on the 15th December, so a Christmas birthday could well be on the cards. We'll just have to see how it goes...
The beloved and I are thrilled, and a little scared! All entirely normal in other words!
Just got an email - server's on-line again. Back to the salt mines!
