Sunday held a marvelous visit with various members of my family, including Mom, K, both of my brothers, Grandma, and my aunt. Mom and K bestowed upon me several wonderful dresses, a bead shaped like a bat, a sweet card, ginger-pear tea, and a gorgeous vintage hand-painted parasol. I will take pictures soon. -Yesterday evening a bunch of friends and I went out to Wallingford to watch the fireworks show down by the water, which was lovely. (There were firework smiley faces!) I have made muesli! It is delicious. I recommend making your own highly (I used this as a guide), as it brings a warm sense of accomplishment and pleasure. I am working my way through a bowl now.

What a lovely Thursday it is! Some things I am digging this week:
