My DVD player's tray will not open!!! When I press disc change or the open/close button all it does is whirr. This is of course right after I put in all of Firefly and Serenity so I could prep for Saturday's Can't Stop the Serenity event. Yamaha tech support is already closed. I can't find any help via google search. AND the only repair guy in the area doesn't take calls except 1-4pm (I heard the message wrong) 1-8pm Wednesdays.
