Well, I've had a fairly productive few days. I sent the beta'ed copy of Falling In to Kirsty on Thursday evening, along with the chapter Nessie sent me on October 19 that I have been ignoring like a really awful person; it's just for grammar and it makes me sad that I can't add any input, 'cause it's not her fic, it's a translation. I also beta'ed Ch. 2 of the AU fic I've been working with -- good stuff so far. I think people will like it. I also received an email from an old author with some bits to a PWP sshg... we'll see how it turns out, it's hardly even finished. I know this author has a tendency to write rather long PWPs ;) I also have a chapter to beta for a new author of mine who, I think, has loads of promise. She has two abandoned stories, one of which I've read and was really good (and she's thinking about the final few chapters!), but she has assured me this one won't be dumped. It's an interesting Hermione-goes-back-in-time thing.

And you all know that Wonderful has (coughfinallycoughhackcough) updated Walk Through the Fire. And someone commented that I rocked: thanks :D

And also thank you to all of the people who have said lovely things about Fire. It makes me happy to see people enjoy the story as much as I do.

Ummm... that's all for now. I'm going to go and fret over whether or not the SSHG exchange is going to bombard me with three stories the night before deadline now that I've offered up my services to them. And read some fic, 'cause that settles the nerves.
