We have a black bamboo "hedge", which neither of us like much.

I jokingly advertised it on Freecycle, dead or alive (in case anyone wanted to strip the leaves for DIY canes).

I'm a big fan of Freecycle at the moment, despite the ridiculous number of lists in my area - why does each town need its own list, when all you have to do to cross the town boundary is walk across the road? *shrug* - but the owner of the Bournemouth list has just taken a weird and wonderful step ( Read more... )
