The world belongs to the energetic.
-Ralph Waldo Emerson
Be grateful for the members of your team who are negative and have other character flaws that are difficult to work with. What? Turn your tendency to resist, avoid, and react to people behaving in an unprofessional manner, into an opportunity to become more professional yourself. Let these coworkers who practice amateurish techniques, learn from you as they watch you demonstrate skills and show how one can be at ease when engaged in meaningful work. Build the strength of your team by being stronger than you thought or imagined you could be. Be robust when you exhibit your skills and abilities, and feel capable and own your day. Make mistakes and become more skillful be being brave enough to acknowledge to yourself and others that upon reflection, you realize the task could have been accomplished in a superior fashion, and this is how you will accomplish the work next time.
Always bear in mind that your own resolution to success is more important than any other one thing.
-Abraham Lincoln
