this just keeps getting better...
I've received two more e-mails from Theatre Under The Stars - in addition to the role of Sandy, they've now called me back for the role of Marty in Grease, and for the role of Laurey in Oklahoma! Laurey is what I was aiming for in the first place, so I'm surprised they called me in for Grease at all. But hey, I'm not gonna complain, this is exactly what I would have wanted!!
This now means two ferry rides: one tomorrow after the Grease callbacks to get back to Victoria for my evening gig, then another ferry back to Vancouver Sunday morning to make it back in time for the Oklahoma callbacks. But if I got any one of these roles, it would be an amazing jumpstart to my career. No pressure, huh?
