HUGE PICTURE POST!!!
scanning, fixing the angles and getting rid of the extra white space, uploading, titling, captioning, and all that: it took me HOURS. over five.
appreciate this, please. haha
they are not all good ones.
they got a little messed up by my scanner too, i think.
plus i didn't resize them.
they do look better in real life,

4) abby [8 years old], the sister with leukemia. over spring break i went with her to her clinic visit. we went to friendly's afterwards.
5) you'd be tired too if you'd just had a spinal tap and chemo injections.
6) the day i carried all our stuff, then her, to the park because she couldnt walk. i made us a place under that picnic table.

11) i woke up at 5:30 am for school and saw how foggy out it was. i got dressed and ran outside to the park with my camera and ran half a mile in that morning. almost didnt have enough time to get ready for school either, by the time i got back :P

29) out on the main street. there weren't many people out that day, and it also was only like 11 am. on a saturday.

33) this is a statue facing the ocean dedicated to the soldiers and people who died at sea. my mom and her family always called her 'mother'.
34) one of those shooting things in the arcade; it's been there since before my mom's been going to hampton beach and thats quite a while.

37) my sister hannah [12. sort of in the picture. stayed inside most of the vacation.] and i dug this big hole and had abby sit in it. sand kinda is uncomfortable which is why abby doesn't look so happy.

41) sunday. lovely sunday so hot, mid 90s almost all day. this was when i got the worst sunburn ever, haha

52) this is a different beach than the one right outside where we were staying. it had all the surfers, and many more rocks.

55) okay 'shenanigans' is a fun word. i took this at a little harbor we stopped at during our drive. there was more to this picture but i cut it off because it showed a truck there and ruined the picture.

57) my mom took this one. we saw this swan and another one on the side of the road by a little pond. i couldn't get out of the car very easily so i handed the camera to my mom. it was like 2 feet away from our car.
58) later that day, sunday, on our usual beach back by our place. abby and bekah and i took a long walk, about a mile. most of the time abby convinced me to carry her :[

61) the rest of these were all taken on the morning of my birthday, monday may 29. i woke up at 5:30 am and went out to the ocean to get good pictures. i listened to led zeppelin the whole time and it was wonderful.
62) it was low tide and there were little ditches in the sand that filled with water, and a thin sheet of water covering the whole rest of the beach, and there were also some little streams running down from higher up on the beach towards the ocean. the light reflected on the water over the sand.
